For  yard signs, it is very important to order the correct flute direction. If you are using wire step stakes, you will need to order the vertical flutes. If you put yard signs up using wooden stakes, trees or telephone poles, we suggest you get horizontal flutes. The horizontal flutes will not bend or fold as easily when using Yard Signs on fence  posts, buildings, wood stakes or poles.
